About these terms

These terms apply to all services booked with Hossain Travels (proprietor: Md Musaraf Hossain), Badsahi Road, Gajadharpara, Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal – 742102, whether booked on this website, by phone, on WhatsApp or at our office. By making a booking you agree to these terms.

Bookings and prices

A booking request on this website is not confirmed until we confirm it and the required advance is received. Prices shown are per person unless stated otherwise and may change until confirmed, because airfares, hotel rates, visa fees and exchange rates are set by third parties. Applicable taxes are charged as per law.

Your responsibilities

You must give correct names (as in passport), contact details and documents. You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months from the date of travel and for meeting the entry, health and vaccination rules of the countries you visit.

Visas

We prepare and submit visa applications on your behalf. Whether a visa is granted, and how long it takes, is decided only by the embassy, consulate or authority concerned. Our service charge is for preparation and submission and is not refunded if a visa is refused or delayed.

Hajj and Umrah

Hajj arrangements are subject to the rules, quotas and approvals of the Government of India, the Haj Committee of India and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Umrah services are subject to Saudi visa and entry rules. Schedules, hotels or flights may change because of decisions by these authorities, and we will inform you as early as possible.

Flights, hotels and other suppliers

Airlines, hotels, transport operators and other suppliers have their own conditions, including for changes, cancellations and baggage. We act as your booking agent and their conditions apply in addition to ours. We are not liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by suppliers or by events beyond our control such as weather, strikes, pandemics or government action.

Car hire

Car hire fares are based on the trip type, distance and duration agreed at booking. Tolls, parking, state entry taxes and driver night charges are extra unless included in the quote. Passengers must not carry illegal or dangerous items, and the driver may refuse travel if safety is at risk.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. UPI and bank transfers are added to your booking after we verify them. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal.
